ok, I'm not exaggerating in mentioning that Peruvian food is a true addiction! They have the best food on the entire Florida coast! I love Peruvian food, my girlfriend, a beautiful Peruvian can attest, that I am a true fan of Peruvian food! hahaha

The Peruvian Brunch and the Limoncello restauraunts made my mouth water!! At least the bread and Papadelli in Bolognese Sauce did!! And that Peruvian Brunch Buffet seemed authentic enough. 🌿

The food is elaborate to make, takes a lot of steps to get it right, it's more labor intensive than actual ingredient costs except the seafood.

I've eaten a lot of Peruvian cuisine, at several quality restaurants that aren't located inside the highest-rated most expensive hotel in Miami. I wish I could afford a meal at the Mandarin.

Mikey, the picante de mani don’t have “mole” sauce, that’s Mexican. Picante de mani sauce it’s a made from peanuts and other Peruvian ingredients as ají panca and ají amarillo.

There's an average minimum of 3 per episode, unless it's under 15 mins, then you only get one. Glad I'm not the only one who noticed. Pretty much the last two months it's been going on. I have a thing about noticing patterns. Go back a month & test my theory 😂😂😂 "Gretchen, you're never going to make fetch happen."😂😂

buffet are always worth it if youre a variety type of person... you just wont get all the different options for a static price compared to other eats which is only 1-2 meals for the same price.

If you want to get your money's best deal, try to look for the most expensive food in the buffet try to eat at least 2 to 3 servings before u indulge with the rest of the food. At least you wont feel bad when you are reminded that time is up.

I've no doubt that the Peruvian buffet was delicious, but for me? High Prices + Tiny Portions = No Place I'll Eat At. If ever I go to Miami, I'll be seeking out the mom n' pop joints above all, partly because budget and partly just principle. No disrespect to the buffet chef, mind you.

I’m Peruvian and only eat in mom n pop’ restaurants here (Peru) and abroad. The food is way yummier. Florida has a lot of Peruvian restaurants that don’t serve tiny portions. Matter of fact us Peruvians usually serve/eat huge portions 😅!! Gaston Acurio is overhyped.

I am sure all the foods taste great but definitely spiking glucose very high😂. Unfortunately it’s a no-go for me. Good fortune for those can have the foods.
