yogiyo is what i was able to use in S. Korea. yes, you can pay with cash when delivered but some places do not take foreign cards so you don't have that option. it will tell you what payment options they have for each business. also, it depends on where you are staying in Seoul and what options you have for food. i was in Yongsan-gu near Myeongdong and out of all places I had limited options lol I will get some good stuff though. my favorite was the cheese katsu like mikes but I got it with curry. oh how I miss it!! it was delicious. you also don't need the app and can use it directly from your computer web browser.

Stationed out in South Korea and he is not wrong about the delivery culture. In South Korea, the delivery drivers are all on Motorcycles, so they are super fast delivering and all over the place. All the times walking in the city and you can see all these motorcyclists driving through sidewalks, cutting lights to get these deliveries made. He is also right about the packaging aspect, they really do care how you get your food, not like UberEats, Postmates, etc. Food is so much cheaper and delivery fee is so much reasonable than the states as well. No such thing as a "small cart fee" which is awesome! I love food so I almost tried everything you can get with delivery services here in Korea. Good amount of variations within the culture but I would say that the states has a lot of cultural varieties for sure, but that's a given.
