There might be a lot more options for Luard than the ones I listed in the video like Nemain, Dindrane etc. But I don't really think those are super necessary as of yet. I could be wrong.

about the ride line me kinda be in between both genkai and shojidoji g2 both have there own upsides and downsides i do like genkai but genkai is kinda not so great if going first than you just not wanna call it to keep the soul. the shojidoji does give the deck options of going first it does build up soul and can help build a board usualy you wanna call from the top 2 the g1 that draws you a card so going plus 1 in soul basicly break even in handsize because you basicly got a card back in hand for what you discarded for riding up with less resource use from hand. yeah opp can decide not to call something if they go first and you go second but your g2 turn you can already go bit more aggro wich sometimes can make opp having to commit a bit more onto the board wich than gives you dominate targets anyways not always the case but its still there.

Calling Genkai out doesn't really reduce any soul count though. You still get the SC1 by calling Genkai out. Another point that I didnt put in the video in regards to Genkai is that Dominated Units can now hit even if opponent gets a Damage Trigger. They can't if they are using G2 Shojodoji. G2 Shojodoji is at a lot much risk due to the Vanilla Maguntenbu turn and your pieces is quite vulnerable to board sniping if the opponent has it. The risk is much higher than running Genkai to my liking.

I am planning to tech one copy of Wayward Therapy Angel in my luard deck, since Luard can bypass her restriction (but I probably aren't gonna do that), and she can be called on field while used as discard when calling G3 from ride deck or use as discard for Liafail. Do you think that is a good idea? Also Luard needs as much draw power as possible, do you think running 1-2 copies of D Nemain is a good idea? I meant she does fuel soul while draw 2 (not that soul is an issue), and she can just be retired for stride fodder skill

nemain is actualy a funny tech if you combine it with the g2 thats sb 1 discard 1 to fetch a card from drop with the same clan as your vg plus helps digging for like pgs ect wich you at some point wanna keep getting once you basicly be in that resource loop even though it isnt a fully resource loop but you can get the point

Unless u are planning to run dindrain, u have more than enough soul. If u need draw u can always run pain killer(replace with dog promo) for more draw option and early rush.

I think it's more towards surviving the early game until you start Striding. The moment Luard starts to Stride, the handsize of Luard will start to get bigger and bigger as he doesn't use a lot of hand to call the board.

@@hklam7833 Actually we do, after some testings with my friends (against Gandeeva, Messiah, Willista and Zorga) , it's actually hard to damage deny Luard as there are plenty ways to get around them. I do believe m D Luard has the best early RUSH game than other stride deck sets especially on G2 turn, so that is one advantage to keep in mind

yeah mukuro vs greedon aslong the greedon player stays at 5 damage its fine with the vg dominate skill of mukuro after vg dominate is over greedon skill is again active so with some saying ohw they hit a 6dmg they lose its no longer the case because greedon isnt dominated so it isnt in control of shiranui player anymore because the dominate ends when the dominated unit is no longer able to attack aka it being in a rested state besides the dragon empire ot interaction wich is able to restand a opp dominated vg aslong there is a target the dominated vg can attack into if not you can restand it but than the dominate ends right there because it doesnt have a target to attack into. but yeah greedon vs mukuro thing it isnt a direct auto lose if the greedon player keeps themself below 6 damage if there at 6dmg when opp goes into mukuro than yeah the greedon player asked for it to lose on the spot than and there. so yeah it does give a funny mind game thing with greedon vs shiranui of does he has it or not moments wich is at times funny. and overall thoughts in terms of options shiranui is overall relatively flexible in terms of generic support the deck can run the deck . thoughts on luard the deck is fun its sad that they pushed that deck really on the ritual keyword so in terms of using the generic keter cardpool is lower than the generic dragon empire cardpool shiranui has acces to even though the deck can sorta run some funny tech options not alot but can sorta depending on situation and decks being around can run some funny tech options had seen 1 list that runs like a g1 that sadly only makes it so the 5th or after the 5th attack that attack wouldnt hit its a bit specific but its only for that one attack so if its vs a deck using 5 attacks it litterly is able to make the last attack just not be able to hit even if on that card was put crits on

From what I see is that, the general public automatically think Greedon is instant lost to Shiranui even without starting the game. It's really annoying to have to explain again and again why it is not auto lose for Greedon. I think the limit to only use Ritual is reasonable as Luard can spiral our of control if he has access to more existing Keter Sanctuary support.

I mean if you look at the deck you can see the reason. Luard is a pretty set deck already with the cards we have in our card pool. Just a few tech options, and making sure you have enough Rituals to facilitate what it wants to do.
