Awensome aquarium! Yesterday in Aqua Show I sow your work on great oldschool aquarium. That day change my perception to aquarisctics. One more thank you for that day and I have hope to see you again 🙂

Thank you for attending, I really hope you have enjoyed. Aquascaping has some many things to offer, old school style is really different from modern aquascaping and I think more people should try it because it can changes a lot the way how people looks to the hobby nowadays.

Excellent setup!! Such an eye catching tank and looks bigger than 60 cm tank! The light looks very powerful at 3200 lumens!
@FAAOAquascaping2 жыл бұрын
At least I think it will have a smooth start because most of the plants were already adapted. I hope to have some updates soon
@priyankardas26682 жыл бұрын
@@FAAOAquascaping yeah definitely it will be having less adaptation time. What I had learnt that old soil has lots of good bacteria, if that could be reused, the tank is already kind of cycled....and ofcourse use root tabs in it... possibly we can do it at home may not be feasible for new build at showroom...
@FAAOAquascaping2 жыл бұрын
The soil wasn't reused, just plants and hardscape. The old soil was left to dry to reuse in other projects.

Big fan of your channel. What is your water parameters? Soft or hard water?

Obrigado.
@FAAOAquascaping2 жыл бұрын
Olá Márcio, nunca usei Chihiros por isso não lhe consigo dar grande feedback ou termo de comparação entre ambas. Sei que a Twinstar funciona bem, já quanto à chihiros não faço ideia.

Hi Filipe, in your scapes I have more than once seen you letting the wood rest against the glass. How do you clean the glass there?
@FAAOAquascaping2 жыл бұрын
Hi Dennis, usually I leave a bit of space between wood or rocks unless they meant to be close to the glass for illusion. In this scape they aren't fully touching the glass, there is a small space where you can use a razor or a plastic card to clean. It seems in tbe video they are touching, but they are just close. Anyway, you can always use a plastic card or razor to clean it, I find it more difficult in the first weeks while you don't have your tank balanced, after it's easy since glass don't get really dirty.
@dennisbinkhorst20392 жыл бұрын
@@FAAOAquascaping Ah, thanks Filipe. That clarifies a lot. If there's no touching I understand there's no problem.

All these ' aquascapes ' look the same. Perhaps you should call it ' setting up an aquarium ' and try something new. Not ' one size fits all '.
