It's because he's so short that's actually an advantage to him, he has developed allot of upper body strength for his size that makes shifting his weight allot easier, that's why he makes it look so easy but its because his body is conditioned to do it. You can see that morning of owl members dance with their heart, but that dude with the hat that comes to dance with the white shirt at 5:13, he's really dancing with all that he has, just feel the vibe when he's dancing, look at the 3 black shirts behind, look at the guy in the middle, the smile on his face, he felt that vibe. I think that dance, doesn't matter the stile, has to bring you these feelings, the dancer has to express him(her)self to pass these feelings to the people whatching, otherwise it's not dance.

It's an activity with international appeal that is physically demanding requiring genuine athletic skill. To us watching this video we can clearly see some b-boys are better than others It would be even easier for knowledgeable judges to rank difficulty and skill.
