when i first saw this i thought Issei won, but the 2nd time saw it, i noticed Issei repeated that head-roll wind mill. he did it a little in the 1st round & did more more in the 2nd. i liked Issei's power moves, they were exciting to watch but i think the judges saw this repeat & also looked at Victor's creativity moves, in every round he was doing something different and that was the difference. so i think the judges got it right.

i dont understand why issei had to use his shoulder spin and headspin routine.....he dint use his double halos to elbow track routine...neither did he use his low slung baby air flares which he used against victor in RBBC1 2015 second round.....he dint use gis suicide moves either where he lands on his back or where he lands almost on his chest..dey cud be used as an amazin opening....if he used dem he cudve had a chance at winning the event...😞😞 neverthless props to victor...he was killin d beat and was bomb in d whole jam

Issei did repeat some moves AND SOME not a lot unlike Pocket who really repeats moves each round! Issei did harder and more dangerous power moves and for me he should have taken 2 rounds and win this! Musicality of Victor is not enough for him to win. Sometimes no matter how good you are if the judges will not pick you you will never win. Same like Issei's lost against Leon in R16 one on one finals. Its power move against power move still he lost.
