(My Belief) 0:00 Denial - He denies the fact that the human killed his brother. 0:31 Anger - He starts going all out with his energy and anger on the human, blaming him/her for doing this. 1:23 Bargaining - He starts bargaining saying " If only i was there to take that hit... " 1:55 Depression - Papyrus starts losing energy and hope on the human, knowing he/she can't change. 3:04 Acceptance - He accepts that he can't bring justice to his brother, and he accepts his terrible fate.
