Clear explanation and great piece of artwork.. What kind of thread you are using and where to buy it? Kindly reply
@GenieCrafts11 ай бұрын
Thanks. For this particular artwork I used nylon threads. I got them from local wholesale market
@shyamalaravi918811 ай бұрын
@@GenieCrafts thank you. Do guide me where to buy in Bangalore or online India.. if you have any idea..

Hi, you mention that the nails are 2 degrees apart, what is that in millimeters please?
@GenieCrafts Жыл бұрын
Distance in mm will depend upon board size. If the board is smaller the nails will be closer and as the board diameter will increase the distance between the nails will keep on increasing. Refer to this video which will automatically place ur required number of nails along your board diameter kzbin.info/www/bejne/rqC3Xmqwa9Z0qs0

Can you tell me The lenght of the nails?
@naishanagori Жыл бұрын
Explained it beautifully! I would like to know about the thread type and is it available online in India?
@GenieCrafts Жыл бұрын
These are nylon threads. Weight 40. Some colors are available online but I would recommend you to buy it from wholesale market if you can find one

Thank you for the great work. Kindly give us the distance between each nail in centimeters,thank you.

Circular arrangement is never cm based. Its degree based. In my case nails were 2 degrees apart. But refer to this video in which you can generate Nail placement diagram for any number of nails in a circle kzbin.info/www/bejne/rqC3Xmqwa9Z0qs0

A job well done😍. Please did you use your discretion or you actually measured each time you put a nail?

For now I have used my description and just by looking tried to keep all mails at same height but there are ways and methods to ensure each nail is of same height. I will cover them in a separate video focused only on prepping the board for string art

What is the size of nylon thread used..i can't see it by weight
@GenieCrafts Жыл бұрын
I don’t know the size. The diameter is I guess 0.25 mm. The weight of the thread is for sure 40

Sir sorry to bother you again.i have 150 nails..so when I start threading,one end will be at nail 30 and the other end at 80... Will it change for 150 nails to get a parabolic circle?
@GenieCrafts Жыл бұрын
You can make parabolic circles by choosing any two nails. The farther the nails are the smaller the circle be at the centre and vice versa

How to choose circle size?
@GenieCrafts Жыл бұрын
Use below formula. Put the knowns in the formula and calculate the unknown 2*3.14*R = N*D Where, R = radius of the board N = total number of nails u have D = distance(in cm) u want to have between two nails
@shreiakshithaa85282 жыл бұрын
Hi What are the colors that you have used in this art?
@GenieCrafts2 жыл бұрын
Different shades of orange and red. Started with pastel white/ yellow shade on the inner lost circle and getting darker shades of orange as we move out. Nylon threads of weight 40
