After you've made your cuts, instead of reaming them out with a metal ruler, just run a vacuum over the grooved areas.

6:53 I suggest you use a Down Spiral (down cut) bit for inlay grooves on the work piece to prevent fuzzy edges you must end up sanding. Saves time, looks cleaner and you don't end up sanding your work piece before your final finish up. I use a micro hand planer for taking down any 'stick up.'

(Spindle sander) = (Drum sander for inlays and bent laminations) Genius.

Nice work and video I’m. Not used to seeing such. Tiny router bits For my feild work i mostly use 1/2 “ bits so the really small ones look pretty strange to me

I'm not sure why it drove me crazy, but add some leather strapping to that mallet if you're going to drag it :P
