Perhaps ALL elected LA officials such as the Mayor, the Police Chief and police officers in general *plus* Council Members and their families should be required to *live* in the communities that are being disturbed by these ass-hats on a nightly basis. Well, no, but people *could* grow up and respect the law. Years ago when I was a kid, police officers and firemen and elected council members and school board members, etc. were required to live within the community they served and the activity in this upload would never have been tolerated. That arrangement certainly helped draw attention to the homeless & poverty stricken and various charitable clubs and churches would formulate ways in which to help support the Common Good for all the residents. If somebody wanted to drift they could always go to some nearby race track or proving grounds to do so. If there wasn't already one constructed then build the momentum to *build* one and go drift your night away - but don't forget to donate to your local food bank too.. @@mizzury54

I get your point, but only about 7% of the people who actually live there graduate from high school. Common sense and street sense is important, but so is knowledge of economics, sociology, law, the ability to read big words even. Maybe they could live there a couple weeks a year or something, and not take their kids. It is important that they really know what's going on though, and nothing teaches like experience.
