Where’s the cape Jon🤷♂️🤣 Interested to see you run a badminton racket, but very interested to see so many similarities between your methods and mine.

Hey, I actually strung a couple of Babolat badminton bats straight after this one. Massive change up in style. Due to thinner, softer strings and twice as many grommets to navigate! I’d say going at normal pace if string this racket in around 10-12 mins - the average badminton racket between 18 - 25 mins. I think the main differences between squash/racketball rackets is definitely the complexity in patterns but with badminton it’s the sheer amount of string traffic and generally stringing throat to head on the crosses. With tennis, it’s all about the vastly different types of string properties and the larger head creating more margin for error.

@@stringdoctor6238 badminton racks I find are quite predictable in terms of their patterns but shared grommets can be a pain and sometimes no option but to widen them which I dislike doing but sometimes unavoidable. Tennis in the main I find very straightforward and squash not so bad. Racketball.... now that’s a different story. Just getting my teeth into them. Might need dentures.

@@kgwilliams6808 yes, racketball rackets! I think the designers are basically the crazy squash designers who get given free reign in some kind of dark arts lair! I string a lot of racketball rackets (it’s pretty big where I live) with some of the more interesting ones (Wilson) having strings that go through the handle and the Head, e-force and ektelon rackets also being interesting!
