Jesus that thing looks like it belongs to a racket sport yet to be invented. It must have being a pain in the ass clipping the ball off that beam in the middle. How did it play? Has anyone here any experience with "Dunlop Iconic X-Life 17G 1.22mm"? I never heard of it before and it is on discount. Need to load up on more string.

Ha ha, yes it's a funny racket, but when made in mid to late 80's the actual head size was exactly the same as all other rackets, so people shouldn't have been hitting the bridge. Re. Dunlop Iconic, they're ok but I always question when strings are heavily discounted, especially when fairly new!

@@ron1n1 it will probably be absolutely fine, it just won't sell as quick as Tecnifibre or Ashaway strings. They might have thought it would sell quicker and want to offload it that's all.
