Thanks for the video Sir. The foundation beam also supports the wall load? What if the foundation is 1.5 meter below the ground level, can we still put footing tie beams at the level of ground floor to support wall load and not put the wall loads directly on the foundation beam? Thank you.

You can still use footing tie beam and foundation beam. 👉 Now Note that: 1) Foundation Beam is to resist lateral load and withstand the Axial Load of the entire Structure. 👉And it is always located at level -0.0m, which is the last bottom level. WHILE 👇 2) Footing Tie Beam is to carry the Wall Load and it prevents the wall from cracking also to keep the wall at the same level in case of any initial settlement of the foundation the walls will not crack. 👉So now that you know that both the foundation beam and footing tie beam has there sperate works to do. 👉Now since you have the foundation beam at that foundation level, the footing tie beam should be inserted just below the DPC Level so that it can support the walls directly.

My diam size 12mm is not inclusive, started from 10 ,13, 16,. What can I choice please

Use diam 13 for the design During the detailing you change to 12
