Also, whats the point of having the chrome\ black back with the orange belly as opposed to one without? if you have both at what time or why would you use one or the other?

The Bomber 15A is my go to lure. I've caught just about anything that swims in the great lakes on bombers. king salmon coho steelhead browns lakers muskie pike walleye you name it. I've had monster muskies over 50" hit 15a"s. I've had walleye hit 15a's so hard they've punctured the lure with their teeth. Don't ever leave your bombers in the sun to dry out. The air inside will expand from the heat causing structural failure. The next time you use your lure it will take on water. I have several hundred 15a's in my collection.
