I'm with you on raising a house a little bit to keep the water away from it. In a lot of cases that I deal with, if they would come up one more course on the foundation, it would solve most of the water issues. I get it, they don't want to climb a bunch of steps to get into the house, but I'd rather climb one more step than have a water issue under my house. I hate to hear that the plant is shutting down and people are losing their job. That sucks! Just put out a video whenever you can, and we will watch it. You gotta do what you gotta do for your family.
