Welcome to another fabulous Ruler of the Month! Each month, I'll be sharing a new fun ruler with you, as well as a quilt that you can make with the ruler! So you keep the white material underneath the star legs? Neat ruler.

Yup! It is a "foundation" method where the background is not cut away. It adds stability.
