I will say striver sheet or any sheet is not sufficient... Once u dont do it for a week u wont be able to code again and most of the companies OA are based on Codeforces level questions not leetcode level ... Leetcode will help u to clear interviews but not OAs

It's true, practicing consistently is key and you need to be comfortable with a variety of problems, not just leetcode but leetcode is still enough for majority of companies
