How folks figure out this kind of stuff I'll never know! I built a single flasher yesterday but needed it to flash in the 12.6V to 14.2 V range so I took the power input resistor up to 50k ohms and it works nice at 14.2 V but not much below that voltage. The higher the resistance the higher the input voltage can be so I need to lower it just a bit to hit my targ3et range.
