i have 8 mini strobe lights, they have just a negative and a positive wire coming out of the back, it has a rocker switch with a pattern light button on it also, it has a negative and a positive and a white wire, coming out of it, now i connected all my lights to the switch , positive to positive and negative to negative, do i connect the white pattern wire permanently to the negative, and just press the pattern light button to change the pattern ?? or can you suggest what i should do, i have seen some videos saying , just touch the white wire to the negative , and that would change it to my desired pattern. your opinion ?? please

i learned a little in the video on how to get the X pattern, that was helpful. and you did say that this is usually covered across all manufacturers. But does not seem to be so with these china style leds. I had bought some, they are really thin and crazy bright. but unbranded. so not much info to be found. Have you played with any of them yet ? if you search this.. 4x 6LED Emergency Beacon Warning Hazard Strobe Light Bar Flash sync Amber White you can see what i am referring to. these are a bit different. they sync system consist of a master and slave wire. but the master will only drive up to 2 heads, but i found out that the master wire on one of the slave heads can drive more heads. but i have yet to achieve on how to get the X pattern with these. any ideas ? thanks.

I got the 2 t3 to sinc in a steady burn but how do I change the pattern to wig wag. Do I use both blue wires or do I use only one blue wire.

Do not bench test? Bench testing is essential to testing the lights before putting the labor into installation. It is also essential to set up the flash pattern before access to the lights becomes cumbersome. Perhaps a video on safely bench testing your lights should be your next project. I think it would be more productive than telling us not to bench test. Lastly, I read the installation guide in full, as directed, before I did anything else. Then I bench tested my lights and set the pattern as there were no instructions not to.

After one set is a pattern ahead or in (phase 2 ) , do I connect the SYNC wires together to their respective phase ? You guys never confirm what the SYNC WIRES are ACTUALLY FOR ....

I was listening but didn't understand. And I think it'll be much easier if u bench test before u mount them . Dont wanna burn them after all that work has been done

We had a old crown Vic with sho-me slim lights we set like this, we put the two together and put them under the visor and then I had a set of these lights in the grill red/blue now I have the unit that's in my profile pic with regular lightbars and four of theses on the my grill guard.

We know what a flashing light looks like. What we want to know is how to change the settings.

you ground the blue wire while its connected to ground with black and power. fused power to red, tap blue to ground pattern changes...disclaimer/ your milage may vary and collor may be diff on your specific unit. the 4th wire is the sync wire that ties them all together

Video would be much better if you'd show it on how to and a lot closer and detailed to the wires. Camera is way to far

Improper bench testing, and heating the solder inside the light head while using shrink wrap on the wires... sounds like dumb installer syndrome. These lights are fine to bench test with regulated 12v power supplies.
