Stroke at the age of 14

Stroke can happen to anyone. Zosia Wasylewski was only 14 years old when it happened to her.
It was a normal day at school, when Zosia suddenly realized she couldn’t stand or control her left arm. “I feel like I’m having a stroke,” she said, and was rushed to the hospital where doctors found a blood clot blocking the right middle cerebral artery of her brain.
Without losing any time, they performed a thrombectomy successfully retrieving the clot, restoring the blood flow to Zosia’s brain - all within 15 minutes. Stroke specialists emphasize that time is brain and Zosia agrees: “In my case, time saved me.”

My stroke was misdiagnosed twice as a migraine as I was told ‘I was too young’. Luckily I pushed for a specialist and they found a clot on my brain. Always check everything twice!

The phrase "You are too young" is absolute BS. There is no health condition or health issue that cares how old you are. That BS is just a fig of someone's imagination. Glad you are ok now.

Mine done that twice, both at work in my 20s and in end of my 30s, carried on, trying to make my left arm work, took about a minute and second time my left leg went dead so dragged it along til it came right, took over a minute. But really don’t know until they take an mri brain scan but that seems impossible to get, so just give up! Yip whatever, they don’t seem to really care anymore in hospitals as they can only do so much, but if it was there family or friends it would be different story. Reckon have had a turn too and mini heart attack but really nothing can do as hospital doesn’t want to know, so will never really know until full on stroke or heart attack happens,

I did not take it, did not have covid, so there is nothing I have experience. When the CEO said on TV he did not take the shot, that was good enough for me to say no.
