Very good, Thanks! I have a hard time bringing my knee up, while both standing and lying down. I have been working hard on lifting my legs, but it seems I'm making no improvement. I know I'm not doing something right, but don't know what and where?

#footdrop I have been following up your tips with Highly tonned calf muscle, it helped me a lot in loosening it, but while I am walking I have severe pain in my ankle and more to that my feet gets stuck to the ground and it given me stabbing pain. My ankle get rolling inward and makes it unable to put my feet flat specially my heels doesn't make so much contact with the ground.

I am left side hemiplegic right side strong. One problem with this video this cannot work if you cannot bend the knee to bring the leg over the top of the other leg. Try it with your knee rigid. With spasticity it’s no go.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I can see how this video might be confusing (it is one of my older videos :)) My suggestion is to watch it a second time. I demonstrate 2 different techniques :)
