Admittedly, they would have ‘dumbed down’ their communication to the masses level but nonetheless, I needed to know more and understand more. I’m much better now having recovered upwards of 98% of my motor abilities on my left side. Now at 64 years I’m still keen to regain the other 2%. Keep up the great work!

I guess there is some issue with video clip part explaining pca syndrome as it just explained about homolateral homonymous hemianopia and straight jumped to midbrain syndromes somehow the thalamus position was just not explained at all

When he started talking about "prosopagnosia" watershed that disturbed me a bit, considering the fact that once I developed epilepsy (the first year) whenever I had a sezuire that fit the temporary senerio. I literally couldn't tell the difference between a human and a broomstick..... luckily that senerio doesn't fully happen anymore

In 2020 i had a right side MCA stroke (M1 segment). My neurologist said i lost about 24% of my brains mass. I'm very grateful I not as messed up as i could have been. But I still have a lot of post stroke issues. I'm watching this to hopefully learn what exactly happened to me and if the various issues are stroke related. Thank you for the information. P.S. I've seen my MRIs. A lot of large white areas but im trying to figure out what was effected. I dont have the time or money to go to my doctors.

Dr Murphy; an excellent presentation. One question: on your discussion of mca I did not get your mention of lenticulostriate artery and the internal capsule. Cortical branches would cause monoplegia and the striate would cause hemiplegia.
