Thanks for capruting Hounslow East. I remember it very well although it's been about 24 years since I was there strolling through the row of shops. Looks like a lot of the stores got switched out/closed. Good to see WHSmith survived.

When I lived in Hounslow many years ago the high street in front of the Treaty Centre was open to cars; the new configuration is a great improvement and it's interesting to see how in some ways the area is so very different now but in some respects still the same as it's been for decades. I'd love to take a walk there again, but until I can this video scratches that nostalgic itch.
