Dr Adam I LOVE your videos and they are always so inspiring and informative but, can we see more TMJ
@DrAdamCSolis5 ай бұрын
Hi Ryle, Appreciate your kind words! TMJ patients are tricky to come by as not many people are aware that chiro is a great option to treat jaw issues - and even rarer are those who are comfortable being filmed with a hand in their mouth! Rest assured - I will do what I can to find more :) be well and if you’re ever in the GTA stop in to say hi!

Well done as usual. Those body builders and power lifters always seem to have a lot of wear and tear to fix.

It’s either that, or the consistent feeling of “ageing” pick your poison (one of them is very much not poison lol) thanks for your comment!

i need to know what they deadlift, for context! great video as always, feeling that post-bowling strain myself, it's not surprising it would help develop sciatic issues

Bowling is actually a lot more intense on the body than I realized 😨 I’ll ask her deadlift max and get back to you I just know it’s more than mine probably 😂

Unsure if you caught the comment earlier but it’s 325 lbs max for her… imprsssive af
