Wow that was a year ago. Ahem. As I understood it back then Homestar Runner was 'shut down' due to real life responsibilities of the creators. The website was never closed, and the store still operates; however no new content has been created nor presumably would have been created. Though recently (About a year and a half ago) there was a statement that it may be coming back, however the updates will be "sporadic and without warning".
