Thank you Shawna for such an inspiring song! My own 12 year old daughter has been through a terrible hardship through no-fault of her own. She suffered a massive stroke last April in 2024 that caused her to lose the use of her limbs and speech due to the disease we discovered. Through the miracle that the savior performed by way of a worthy priesthood holder she is still with us and is able to walk and talk again. The road on recovery has been really long, but every day she is our walking and talking miracle. This song is such a perfect example of how we can become strong even when it’s so hard! We love it! ❤

Sarah, The "I AM" was, is and always will be with you! I was in a car accident in 2002, hit by a Drunk Driver, and saved by the love of God. All ribs on my left side were broken, punctured lung and major Brain Contusion. But for the Grace of God, I was dead. The words of the paramedics, emergency doctors, and ICU doctors when I visited 8 months later, "You are a miracle!" Only for the Love of God. My Faith in Jesus Saved me. I am married, have a son, still have memory issues, cannot work, but I can share my love for Jesus. Thank you for sharing yours. You are BEAUTIFUL person. THANKS !

Dearest Shawna Edwards and Sarah Frei, words cannot express how I'm grateful to you both for this song . I'm not sure whether you'd notice this comment of mine, which is one in eleven . I'm a 14 year old studying in 10th grade. On December 6 , 2021 , I had an accident at school in which I fell down, giving a great force to my spine , i remained unconscious for a while . After that , my dad and mom took me to the hospital and the doctors kept me under observation for half-an-hour and sent me home. The next day, I consulted a local orthopaedician , in which I was diagnosed with an undisplaced fracture in my lower spine. The doctor said that I should take rest for more than a month. He also prescribed me a latex cushion which should be used when I sit. I was in a depressed state and I was in tears. I used to lie flat on my cot and weep . I used to ask God l why is he allowing this into my life. I've been a regular listener of your songs from 2021 , but I didn't watch this song when it was released. Christmas time was nearing , but i wasn't excited as much as i used to be in the past years . My classmates and my friends celebrated Christmas happily at school , but the pain in my spine was severe and I was at rest . They all contacted me and told me to be courageous. At that time i found this song "Strong" on KZbin , which moved me to tears . I was encouraged by Sarah Frei , she has not lost her courage , even though she had got both her legs amputated ! Even though Christmas'21 wasn't good to me , I remained strong. I kept confessing Philippians 4 :13 everyday. I attended the new year service at church happily and to my surprise, i was able to get up by my own without anyone's help ! Back on 10th January 2022 , I went back to school and I got to meet all my classmates and teachers ! But again on 11th January , as i was writing my History test at school , I had a uncontrollable pain in my spine . My teachers and parents put me in a wheelchair and they took me home . And from there they took me to the hospital , and the doctors took an x ray. I can say that God has performed a miracle in that area . The doctors said that my fracture has been completely healed, and the pain must have been due to some muscle catch in the pelvic region. I was so happy at that moment and I praised God for what he had done in my life ! Now I'm going to school regularly and i can do all my work by my own ! I'm able to take part in sports and I'm able to do all sorts of work ! Praise be to the most high who touched me through this song ! And whenever i share my testimony , I sing this song and the line which touched me greatly is "The darkest nights I know will always end with dawn". I'm a singer , songwriter , and I've been singing from the age of 3 and I've been writing songs ever since I was 9 . This song inspired me to write a song on my own ! Rebecca - what a beautiful story! So grateful you are back on your feet again! God is so good and blesses us so much more than we realize through both the good and the struggles! I became confined to a wheelchair at age 15 due to severe juvenile rheumatoid arthritis I was diagnosed with at age 9. Gaining a testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ allowed me to start taking steps at age 18 and then completely retire my wheelchair at age 30! I still have a lot of joint deformities and physical limitations, but I'm blessed to be married for over 25 years and have 3 WONDERFUL sons! 🥰

This is my new favorite song!!! I was born with multiple genetic conditions, one of which has caused weak communication between my brain and muscles leading to low muscle tone and weakness throughout my body, and the use of a wheelchair. You are such an inspiration to me Sarah! One year ago today, I fell off my horse and broke my transverse L3 and L4. I went through so much during that time including physical therapy and having to wear a back brace but I’m so thankful that I can still continue horseback riding and from now on I always wear a safety vest whenever I ride. I think about you lady on a wheelchair because i'm first God almighty black sheep and i have travel in my life in pains. First i never care of a girl and never trust any girl. When i reached uptill 13 girlfriends i heard her cry and she say to me please don't leave me. I have to leave her in my accident i got the injuries in my head and i have lost too little of my memories. After that when i came again to know God almighty i promise that i'll not hurt a girl anymore. After that when girl comes to asked help from me i used from me and if they want my love i can't give because i have hurt too much girls in my life. When i saw the girl who had lost her legs sitting on the wheelchair. I start to feel the pains of the girl and pray to them. Some girls when i'm God black sheep i help them but i can't have them because there is still someone by my side.
