I honestly have to disagree with Coach Burchfield. I personally from being a part of the Massillon football program for as long as I can remember we go hard we have had a lot of success in the last couple years of us constantly being either in the regional championship State semifinal or the state championship itself obviously this year we was able to win it all finally. I feel like it goes by different teams and their standards I don't think just because a kid is the first person in the hype video he's just being a kid because just like you said we have to realize that these are kids that are 15 and 18 years old and in today's society social media has took over. I personally think it has nothing to do with him getting hit in November when its cold I feel like it's just the team's mindset because we got a lot of kids I know up here that when we do a hype video yeah they're first and you see him in the video but they'll be the first kid to save the game or make a big play maybe i misunderstood what he was saying because im more of a new school type of guy so maybe that's just an old school type of mentality that I'm not used to. I will say though this is definitely a great podcast and I like this segment because it gives me as a young coach ideas of how to keep the kids in tune thanks fellas!!

The beauty of football lies in the different approaches. Last week I found it interesting to listen to the new Alabama coach talk about how he has came in and change practice with music and playlists. But under Saban none of that happened. Each team and program has their own distinct culture!
