Welcome Tansy and glad you had a great time here, Tasmania is particularly nice. The only other KZbin channel which has helped me sleep (and many others when one reads the comments) is Karl Pilkington's sleep podcasts: kzbin.info?search_query=karl+pilkington+sleep. Given that these podcasts weren't designed in the first instance for people to sleep to and that it is full of humour/laughter (with Stephen Merchant and Ricky Gervais part of the cast too) can you possibly explain the science of how this makes many people fall asleep too? I'm just really curious more than anything. Thanks. D

The Sleep videop s work sometimes with me . Yours work every time. I was watching one called (Sleep Talk Down , FALL ASLEEP FASTER, ) . Most sleep videos that say that they will put me to sleep in a so many minutes I do as they say. Then I check the clock and it's been twice as long as they said it would be. Yours worked like you said they do. In fact the one I used last night was still playing as I started to put in a comment I had to turn it off because it was putting me back to sleep. A thank you, I finally found videos that do work.
