If you remember me, its RyanWX btw, thankfully im alot more knowledgable these days. I think its official to say that any organized severe WX for the entire US is done until this fall, i think we could get active severe wx fall into early winter 22 depending on how this la nina sets up. But its PA, we don't get real severe weather anyways

Yeah, we’re heading into drier times coming up. I’d expect a few marginals and maybe a slight risk in western PA the next 2 months. Then like last year, an exciting week or two in October for the grand finale of the year. Hope whatever happens, it’s entertaining as hell.

@@BillMill96 fr, im in pine township the storm the other morning on 7/25 was insane, i had 50-60 mph winds, rain was going EVERYWHERE, so much lightning too, this year was terrible for severe wx, We had a huge enhanced risk on 6/16 (personally think it coulda gone 10# T because there was strong 3CAPE, low level hodos were curved and effective SRH of 250-275 m2/s2 ) Only good event this year for me was 6/22 and 7/25. Thats it. Hoping for a good fall.

@@cloutmcdonalds4743 today and the 23rd this month was the best storms of the year. The enhanced risk I had a feeling would bust but I still drove 160+ miles, hoping for something. Early to mid spring seemed to be the sweet spot this year, at least for me. Very isolated, powerful storms, somewhat rarely this year.

@@BillMill96 An enhanced is a slight risk. In the old days it used to be one, but its still a higher end slight risk, so technically a ENH is a SLGT but higher end. SPC defines it as that too.
