Takizawa was already rated SS+ before his fight with Amon where he had his completed Kakuja. He is surely SSS, which puts him above Yoshimura who is also SSS.

I think Jason was only as strong as he seemed because at the time Kaneki was pretty weak. Once Kaneki got his white hair and accepted his ghoul half he was able to leave Jason almost dead quite easily.

The strongest Ghouls are Kaneki, Furuta, Eto, Yoshimura, Amon, Takizawa, Donato, Shikorae (post RE: he is an sss monster), Tatara, Arata, Roma, Noro, Yomo, Uta and probably Rize. If Rize didnt get captured and cannibalized, her broken Kagune could have disposed pretty much everyone else on the list. Uta and Donato might not be the strongest ghouls in a 1vs1, but their overpower abilities can probably beat every other ghoul or investigator. The fact they can create Clones, change face, place kagune traps, change their phisycal body and control other ghouls from range makes them nightmare fuel. They could easily infiltrate any place and kill everyone if they wanted to.

Lets not even talk about Noro being stronger than Takizawa. Shikorae has all 4 Kagunes and by the picture Ishida gave us, he looked like a full kakuja, a kakuja that probably eaten Dragon bastards. If that isnt SSS its still SS+. Donato got killed by Plot demand, he could kill pretty much everyone he wanted once he got freed. Maybe noro is stronger than Uta and Arata but not stronger than Tatara. Btw Arata Armors are some of the strongest pieces of equipment in the Manga, Suzuya could take down Kaneki with one of those and Amon scored a Draw fight, only reason Kaneki survived was thanks to Hide getting his face eaten in half. Shinoara and Iwao could take on Yoshimura with those and considering a Ghoul can use the Kakuja/Kagune better than a Human with a Quinque, Id say Arata deserves an high spot on the list of strongest ghouls and is above Noro and many others.

NEVER never never never was Kurona, even in her merged form stronger than Roma. Also Roma wasnt related to Kurona what? Also its not publicly known WHO the one-eyed king is. There are rumors its Ken, there are rumors its yoshimuras daughter, even if Arima gave Ken the title. Just cuz Seidou is more brutal and violent, it doesnt mean hes stronger than Amon or Yoshimura. Lets take Amons training at the CCG as an example, he was a first class ghoul investigator, so he knows weaknesses of ghouls. Just that fact makes him stronger than Seidou. Also he is a triple S class ghoul and nobody else than akira herself told us that "triple s class ghoul owl". I think nightowl was Seidous original CCG-name. Last but not least: I highly doubt that a kagune, in this case Kens kagune is stronger than Eto, at the same time i doubt that furuta is stronger than Eto. Eto is a bit weaker, if not on par with Ken as shes a naturally born super-ghoul. Ken is just evolving the whole time, evolving doesnt give him much when blown away by 1 strike of etos super-form. Cmon, do your homework.

I'd rank Ken in terms of strength like this (based on the manga, never seen the anime) First half of Tokyo Ghoul (The Eyepatch): B, maybe A. Can defeat Investigator Amon (a young and unexperienced Amon but still) unprepared and with little to no knowledge of Quinques, can't beat Shuu (Nishio and Touka beat him), generally weak but with some skill in martial arts and has a naturally powerful kagune. Second half of Tokyo Ghoul (The Centipede): S+, SS. Can use his kagune at will, even more skilled at martial arts, more ruthless, in half-kakuga form can beat plenty of skilled investigators, can beat investigators in his normal form but struggles against stronger ones like Amon, can block Arima's quinque. First half of Tokyo Ghoul:re (Haise Sasaki): SS+. Literally considered rank SS (in his ghoul form) by the CCG, very skilled with a quinque (Urie does say he's seen better though), not as ruthless as Centipede Kaneki, can rival rank >SS ghoul Takizawa (The Owl) but can't quite beat him, very skilled investigator that is often compared to a young Arima. Second half of Tokyo Ghoul:re, after the Rose/Tsukiyama arc, before the Dragon War arc (The Black Reaper, One Eyed King): SSS. Can beat Arima (who isn't in his prime but like, come one, it's still Arima), cunning and ruthless, can command and sway weaker ghouls, closest thing we see to Kaneki in his prime. Tokyo Ghoul:re, Dragon War arc (The Dragon): Beyond rating. Seriously? He's literally just a giant kagune for most of this arc. Not really any room to argue this.

So this list is pretty freaking bias. Characters like Nishio Nishiki that go through a big jump in strength, and I didn't even see Touka on the list. There's also all the Washuus who are ghouls or hybrids, respectively.
