Mihawk isn't on the list mate. Rayleigh smokes him, Scopper Gaban smokes him and so does Kozuki Oden. I bet even Beckmann smokes him as well. Mihawk has very little feats that warrant him being on the list. "Strongest swordsman" doesn't warrant him being on it. Shanks is a Haki monster, his swordsmanship may be weaker than Mihawks but his Haki dwarfs Mihawks. Let's be real here Shanks in the current world of people being alive in One piece is the benchmark for Haki strength. Even in the latest chapter when we see Joyboy's Haki the comparison is made to Shanks' and no one else's. IMO Rayleigh has the 2nd strongest Haki in current one piece after Shanks. I can almost guarantee prime Rayleigh has stronger Haki than current Shanks as well. Kaido is stronger than Shanks as he is named the strongest in the world after Whitebeard's death. This is how the list should look if all are at their peaks: 1. Joyboy 2. Xebec (most likely) 3. Whitebeard 4. Gol D Roger 5. Kaido 6. Rayleigh 7. Shanks 8.
