Thank you! I had some issues with this mission but it appears to have boiled down to that one Tower, do that and the mission is essentially over as it blocks off both gatehouses. :D Tbh I just used bowmen, they outrange the Xbows and do enough damage to wreck both of his units easily. The rest is all flavour. Considering easy supply of iron there is little reason not to go with european melee infantry. Also Fire ballista can range both Production lines from the Cliff but with enough stone one might as well just nuke them with catapults, with the gates blocked by the towers its not like those smithys get any iron anyway.
