Yea. When i started playing deadlock i was initially disappointed that enemies can just walk through my sensors. Now that I've learned good sensor placements where enemies are sure to make noises, it became very easy to get a sure kill with pretty low risk to myself.

fun fact : double sentinel comp has existed since the early day of valorant, especially with kj comes to the valorant picture, thats where there a certain time period, where almost every sentinel consistently get nerf in every patch. ending the sentinel double comp. now we re seeing the the reliving of it .

The double walls of sage and deadlock on and 2 site maps is really good too. It almost always forces attackers to run mid or gives defenders enough time to rotate for support

As someone who loves playing deadlock, it once happened to me that we got a cypher on our team while I went with deadlock. Although the attack side didn't go that well we easily caught up on defense js bcs of how strong these two are :)

Yeah, before even watching, deadlock and cypher ESPECIALLY on ascent are honestly insane. Lot of t2 teams using it, and honestly if those t2 teams ran against t1 teams on ascent, they might stomp their lights out. I’m surprised most teams haven’t made a switch yet, but it’s probably due to comfort roles.

I agree that deadlock is a great agent cause I am deadlock main and the wall method always work and and you could counter attack enemies and the wall also makes them trapped and will have to break it to pass which distracts them giving us time to take them down and I mostly win with her with mvps too. Definitely recommend her.

People are gonna adapt to deadlock postplant. This is just the shock the teams are realising they can’t retake running into sites. They can either counter pick a Kayo or get creative with smokes to funnel into the sites safely or just walk and risk the peek.

generally deadlock is a reactive breach. you dont play her utils like a typical sentinel. She has a strong trap play like breach. Imagine letting the enemy jett dash in and u pop ur wall blocking any enemy support and you have a clear view of enemy stuck on the wall.

Pls mention also sensors placed where enemy flanking.... But being mindful where enemy doesn't use shift walk... Planted spike, box or wall where they cannot be broken or enemy rushes to pass. Sample below window at bind, behind box at portal A. Grabnet and raze granade is perfect too.

With deadlock grabnet + other agent util like(geeko moshpit,razebomb, molly , etc) can Destroy enemy's rushing Site in rank hahaha when u are defenders We tried it but only in certain maps like A site entry in Ascent, Sunset and Abyss A and B site entry . And it always works hahaha but it is fun to play Getting like 3-4 Assist Every round hahaha
