I love this. Especially when it's such a humbling experience. Aivars would (probably) out-lift anyone in the gym in regular/compound lifts, but this is new for him, and so he listens and learns, not thinking he will dominate anyone. I feel strongmen in general are always laid-back, genuinely nice guys. Next up, Big Z?

These are the types of guys that could do damage after 1-2 years with a good coach like Ray or Janis. Normally it like 5 years plus to be elite, but these guys could do it faster imo. Has all the tools.

Konstantins Konstantinovs had so many great deadlifts: 411kg@125kg raw, 426kg@140kg raw with no belt, 430kg@125kg w/belt, etc. He is missed.
