There's also the obvious: all the muscles deal better with pain if you work them regularly. You're more accustom to that pain and what to expect vs sudden unexpected activation.

ich habe eddiehall heute das erste mal gesehen, einfach nur superhammergeil. Toll, wie er von sich aus feststellt und einen Tag mitmacht, um zu sehen wie es ist, eine hochschwangere Frau zu sein, mit allem drum und dran.
