Sir what can be estimated cost of audit for 750 sq ft independent house with 11 columns in total 15 years age, having construction on ground floor and only outer walls constructed on 1st floor with roof..actually one engineer advised me to structural audit as all columns have been cracked due to corrosion even after repairs 2-3times and now slabs also developing some cracks from past 5-6 months...

U can just go to conclusion page of Audit report , u will get a STR No The person who had signed and confirm the report , that STR No . Is his or her license no u can lodge a complain against faulty practice and misuse by the engineer under the guidlince of the state Government , For that regions belongs too.

Sir my Roof ceiling always get wet in rainy season ,how can I minimize damage of roofceiling fall as my flat is just below terrace ,and due to rainy season I can't do plaster on terrace ,so what would u recommend ,should I do fall ceiling so that if roof plasters falls then we will not be harmed by the bricks. Plzz suggest something ,we r in danger .
