I had a wonderful teacher of physiology in Medical school in Pakistan by the name of Rose Madan and she inspired me to go into Pulmonary. I see my teacher's style in Dr John West. Dr West your book was my guide through many tests after medical school and now your excellent lectures are presented so explicitly here. Thank you so much for your life long guidance and contribution. Delighted to listen.

I will be forever grateful to have come across this Legend who helped me get going through this tough organ-system. Not once in my medical school did I get the chance to clear my concepts on Respiratory Physiology that led me to dreadful times during my USMLE prep. I will forever be indebted to this great man who helped me consolidate my knowledge & foundations of basic science principles in Respiratory system. I dedicate my success to you Sir!

Also Thanks to Cal- very thankful to you as well for the availability of these.
