Mam honestly agar ye question net pe aata to main simply Mo Mo bond calculate karta. Aur yahape is complex pe metal metal bond order 3 ho raha tha, to 1 sigma 2 pi sochke 1st option hi Karke aata. Par wo to 18 electron rule follow nhi karta. Ultimately ans galat ho jata😑

That is di-pi methane rearrangement not lumi ketone, that's easy,just check by yourself again, u can get the answer
