The example is good in some ways but very misleading. What I see is that we have a webpage, which has a thing. And this thing is an apartment, product, and also a real estate listing at the same time. But nor single product, nor several products cannot be a real estate listing. Apartment can be only a part of real estate listing. This schema example is useful for describing single product page, but not catalog page.
