Structured freedom is understanding that the right amount of structure can reduce the need for willpower by making it more clear what we’re supposed to do, and gives us more freedom because we are less likely to feel overwhelmed and burn out.

Yes - 100% agree! Yoga taught me that too much flexibility leads to weakness. You need to compliment that flexibility with strength.👏🏻 I'm a big believer of building the right habits to "automate" actions. I've talked to many people who think that living by a calendar or building structure and having discipline is rigid because they like to "go with the flow" but they're imprisoned by their inability to reach goals or get results. On the other hand, I find it liberating! These habits are not being forced upon me but I consciously choose them to lead me toward a desired goal and there's nothing sweeter than watching them come to life. Love these updates, Ricky. I love this - I am currently in the process of working with my employer to sponsor Flow Club use and this is another great selling point! I can't imagine my work life without it and will pay for it indefinitely, but for those who need some scientific evidence, is there any supporting evidence for this theory?
