Great vid. You must have got cold just wearing road kit. Food wise, 90g of carbs an hour is normally recommended.

@@SA17579 thanks mate… I was ok actually. It was between 9-12 degrees most of the way and I was riding pretty hard so kept warm… The fuelling got away from me a bit through the ride, I probably should have consumed a bit more…. 👍

@@daveridesagain I find it hard eating on a ride as I prefer savoury to sweet. One sportive I did had cheese and crackers though. Lovely.

Amazing epic ride, what tires and size do you use it? Good performance at all or will change it? Do you run inserts? Any recomendation about pressures? Thanks a lot

Hey 👋. For this event I used 47mm Pathfinder tyres with Cushcore liners and Silca Sealant, ran at around 30psi. I’ve used this set up most of the year actually and it’s been super reliable 👌
