the scp (860) entity in the video is a lot creepier in the containment breach game, like bruh the ambient they chose for the forest monster still gives me chills while seeing bright 2 eyes in the distance. Except it doesnt shape shift in the game as it did in the video

To answer your question, the prisoners or D-Class personnel are taken from prisons (often from death row) in exchange for some reduced sentences (like suicide squad) however due to the nature of the scp anomalies/top secret nature none of them survive long enough to see that or are ever released. The SCP foundation is pretty shady when it comes to testing due to not knowing if this anomaly will just harmlessly change your hair color or completely obliterate your soul and mind by just existing.

Well just to refresh your memory for a short part of it of the SCP lore and universe to test out the SCP items dangerous or the deadliest ones or even the safest ones usually requires a subject and their subjects are usually d-class personnel's which are death row inmate criminals but for most part it's using innocent people in some occasions but they will have very unique people who were immortal to continue test which is a very rare to come by with them

Sonar is not limited to under water. For e.g. Bats fly using sonar. It is simply mapping the area by sending and receiving radio waves by calculating different amount of time taken by the waves.
