I'm happy I didn't get any Etsy sales today lol. I just have one P1S machine and can barely keep up. Looking to pick up a 2nd machine right now though. Guys, you can do it too. Just come up with something original and go to town.

Advancements in mechanical engineering has opened a whole new avenue for entrepreneurs and makers to do incredible things. The creativity is amazing. Keep up the great work and seize every moment. In business, there is no such thing as 'nothing to do.' When your not 'working', you're doing maintenance.

I've been enjoying your videos. I just sold my Ender 3 S1 and bought the Bambulab A1 Because I really want to start treating it more like a side job rather than a hobby, And I gotta say, your videos are very inspiring and simple, puts sing on the ground... Just as a comment, please get a mouse, watching you editing the pictures with the track pad is giving me the ick. Cheers!

Just started watching your vids, nice setup and congrats on your store! I started actually trying with my Etsy 3D printing store late last year and now have 3 Bambu machines, and still have days like that with zero orders. Although they're nice to catch up sometimes when you have a few days where you get a ton of orders. This year I'm just over 300 orders, so in a very similar size as yours!

@ I’d love to see some details on what printers you use for label printing and packing and shipping things. I’m personally just using a thermal label printer and older epson inkjet for the “thank you” cards.

WIth the TPU you need a softer one. The one you have seems like its the 95, you would want the softer end of the scale with 85 or 72 likely. 95 is great for things like combat robots that need flex to take a hit but not flex to flex under just normal static load. The softer you go, the harder to print though so have to find a happy medium for your experience and machine as well.
@OfficialOffDaBench27 күн бұрын
The more you know! Thanks for sharing :)
@braytongust22 күн бұрын
For the TPU, in the past I've had success attempting 0% infill only within the "accordion" sections to fold better. Not sure how thick your part is, but hope that may help 👍
@OfficialOffDaBench20 күн бұрын
I'll have to try that out! Also was told to use a softer TPU
@MarcoAntonioButron27 күн бұрын
You may want to try a softer TPU. If you got the most known 95A, you can try to get 90A or a bit lower hardness, that should solve your issues with the compression of the part

Good job on the biz and vids. What is up with us Midwesterners and making practical things? Heh. Looking forward to seeing you progress. Glad I found your channel near its start. Just an opinion: For new 3D printed products, I found it good to make things that improve the customers processes, add color customization "if needed" because it is unique to 3D printing , and priced competitively. These thing add VALUE which is hard to define for each product sometimes. Example: your coffee grinder hopper, one color is great to match the machine (value), the customers love the process improvement over the OEM (Huge Value Add), and appreciate the arrival speed and customer support (value).

Not tryna be a hater, but those bins are most likely not going to sell well. They're fairly basic, and there's dozens of similar models online for free. As physical products they might be OK, but I'd personally focus my efforts on other stuff. Selling digital files is fine, but something as basic as that doesn't have as much potential imo. Great content though, you've earned a sub from me! (Congrats on 1k 🎉)
@OfficialOffDaBench29 күн бұрын
Appreciate it and thanks for the feedback! I don't expect it to be a best seller, but it solved a very niche issue I had with the free models online. From my end the only real work involved was photos and making the listing since I had the models already :)
