@@Walied678 think about it this way - heihachi was a release to cash in on one off purchases for a lot of users who didn't get the character pass. a lot of people likely bought the pass anyways to get the early access/the dlc they didn't before - meaning they'd get armor king for 'free'. lots of people might still buy him as another one off, but once again, Heihachi was to help make the fiscal year it seems - I doubt Eddy and Lidia sold well. and someone like Armor King will be used to kick off another annual pass, or saved for another rainy day.
