For file folder storage we keep them in a 12x12 scrapbook case (separated by theme or level) in the cabinet. When we have them out for students to work on them, we put them in an A4 Mesh Zipper pouch from Amazon

I use everything! I’m always so reluctant to get rid of anything because you never know what kid could be coming next year!
