I used to go perpetual adoration once or twice a week....but it closed around 3 yrs ago...cause of covid... another Catholic Church in my area opened up perpetual adoration for Tuesday and Wednesday...im thinking about going back.

Thank you. I’m rather recent in returning to the Church and found my local church has Fri adoration. My attitude is - I’ve come to visit Jesus. Plain and simple, it’s to build my spiritual bond. I’m not one for reading prepared prayers as it feels wonderful to speak from the heart. “Heart to heart” is perfectly stated.

Sr this message is for me, I have been walking a journey of knowing our Blessed Mother and it has been nothing but wonderful full of blessings and graces. What I am struggling with is in Eucharistic adoration people just go up in open and close the little door to the Tabernacle, and these are not consecrated hands. Way too informal.
