Finally have one on the way. Cant wait to play with it. In my rig it will be 100% wet. But mixed parallel with my Volante in stereo with an old MV-802 mixer before hitting the stereo tube amp. Using midi controllers, I should have zero prob's getting straight reverb tones or verby synth madness AND the Volante has a spring reverb that sounds amazing anyway. Ambience achieved. It's the "Morph" feature that makes it golden for me, the midi is a simply must at this point. I'll have to figure in the sequencer.. darn.

I was hoping you'd get this bad boy. Really wanted to hear your take on it. I'm ordering mine in about two weeks. Such a powerful Reverb for a shimmer junkie, reverb head like me.

Running modulated delays into the sparse core is what i do. I also like to set up the triangle mod for a nice chorusing verb. I hang in the sparse core cause its more clean with modulated input, as most verbs get a little muddy with pitch modulation.

Had mine for a few days now. lMHO for me it is surprisingly not as immediate as the others and needs to be worked at. It also needs a midi switching system for presets (which was not obvious to me before getting it), the 3 switches look like the plethora of other pedals out there which bank up and down. That being said it makes all the right noises.

Wow! A demo of this pedal with more “real world” type playing instead of someone just trying to show off their chops, make goofy sounds, and not really doing anything musical. I hoped this pedal would be good for a pad like sound behind chords and I think you proved it can, well done!

Thank you for this. I bought this pedal kind of on a whim. Work has me too busy to play this week and so I have been looking for a demo more in context with an ambient vibe. I figured it's time to subscribe because I keep coming back to this channel and ThePedalZone for putting these pedals in a context that's musical and pleasing. I was starting to worry a bit with this pedal since a lot of the demos I have been watching really don't do it much justice. I also own the big sky pedal and that pedal is almost instant goodness. This one seemed like I could explore new territory and now I know it can. Thanks again for a great demo. Would it still be worth getting the Microcosm pedal if I own this? (I also have a lot of OBNE pedals and not sure if it would be worth the price of admission.)
