Great and Holy Saturday Lauds, Burial service, have a special rendition of psalm 119, the Lamentation Praises. Every verse of the psalm has an interjection after every verse. Sung in three parts, one and two in tone 5, and three in tone 3. Friday night after the sabbath sun sets at 6. Great and Holy Saturday Vespers, Un-nailing service, is done same Friday, after the mystical sun sets at noon (eclipse, but must be done before 3 p.m. when the eclipse is over).

I've never heard the Lamentations done this way, but I like it! Is this an original composition or is it available for purchase/download?

I think the Ukrainian melodies are more suitable for the solemnity of the service.
