Absolutely speechless - it was a super emotional day - my mind goes back to the finals of the 2019 World Cup and then the ashes test at Headingley - the game went up and down all day and it was super hard to focus on anything else. Felt the same today as well Can’t thank this team enough for the wonderful memories- the same goes for the white ball team. I don’t care if the scoreline shows 2-2. We have played the brand of cricket we wanted to and every single minute was super entertaining. Our batting has been on a different planet since last 18 months and this was against a quality attack - easier said than done! Can’t wait for the World up to start and hopefully we would play the same way we have since 2015:).

What an absolute legend. 37 years still at the peak of his powers. As great as his record has been, he has always been in the shadow of the great Jimmy Anderson, hence underrated. I've been blessed to watch his career from a long haired blue eyed blonde debuting against Sri Lanka to getting tonked for 6 sixes and now ending as one of the best test fast bowlers there's ever been. Going to miss his hooping inswingers and wobble deliveries. I can't think of a better new ball bowler to left handers. Round the wicket angling in and nipping away to the left hander hasn't had a better right armer to do it! What a fitting end as well his trademark dismissal 😢
