Your vlogs are so entertaining! That AA lounge looked bloody awful - the Americans are excellent at starting wars, but not so good with style and grace I find. Hey ho! Glad you got to Gothenburg - I imagine by the time we are watching this you've been to Oz and back again! What DO you do for a job? I'd give my eye teeth to do that sort of travel on the job! Thanks for taking us with you!

Great video. BA really ought to learn some customer satisfaction - as they'd downgraded you, they really should have given you free food in Economy. As for the business lounges, CP is wonderful, BA is ok, Qantas I love and AA I've never tried...and never will. Subscribed!

Why did you get downgraded? Was biz class overbooked? Any compansation for downgrade?

I've been waiting months for BA to even reply to my request for compensation for the delay, let alone for the downgrade, but all I hear from BA is a stoney wall of silence!
